My name is John Siebert, and I am running for the Buena Park City Council position, District 1.

I am asking for the community support by voting for me as your new City Council member for District 1.

I was born in California, and I grew up in the city of Buena Park and graduate from Savannah High School and Fullerton College. I come from an Immigrant Hispanic family background. 

My first high school job was at the old Howard Johnson restaurant. I started my career in Law Enforcement as a police reserve for the City of Tustin and working for the Orange County Probation Department assign juvenile Hall.

I then Became a Los Angeles Police Officer and retired after serving 30 years.

I taught High School for NOCROP assigned to Loara High School from 2006-2016.

I retired from teaching after working for the ROP La Puente from 2016-2018.

I am currently a Commissioner for the Buena Park, Parks and Recreation Department since 2010 to present. I am trustworthy, dedicated and a hard worker, who will work hard for the best interest of my community.  I am devoted to a good quality of life and have volunteered my time assisting Mayor Sunny Park with: “Coyote creek bike lane and the “Noise from the Nutrilite building”.
